The American Heart Association’s (AHA) Heartsaver CPR course provides essential life-saving skills and knowledge for anyone who wants to be prepared to assist in emergencies. This training focuses on the basics of recognizing cardiac emergencies, performing high-quality chest compressions, delivering effective rescue breaths, and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants will gain hands-on experience and learn critical skills that align with the latest American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
Who Should Take This Course:
This course is ideal for teachers, coaches, workplace safety teams, and anyone who wants to learn basic CPR skills to be ready for emergencies. It's recommended for individuals in non-healthcare roles, including those in schools, offices, and other public settings, who want to feel confident in their ability to help save a life.
