Course Description

Our team is thrilled to offer the new FAST TRACK Leadership Academy on the Valdosta Campus!

 

The FAST TRACK Leadership Academy is interactive and hands-on allowing participants to be actively engaged in their leadership journey.
Our hope is that the participants apply their learnings on the job and prepare themselves for additional responsibilities in the workplace.

Each class runs from 8 am to 12 noon. The 5 classes are typically scheduled every other week allowing participants to put into practice their learnings and takeaways. 

The academy includes 20 hours of instructional leadership training on the following topics:

  • Supervisor Communication Skills - 2 classes
  • Managing Teams - 1 class
  • Resolving Conflict - 1 class
  • Motivating Employees To Be Their Best - 1 class

Discounts available for employers sending multiple employees: 

  • $395 for 1 employee
  • $345/each for 2 employees
  • $300/each for 3 or more employees
