Course Description

OSHA 10-Hour General Industry

The OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certification course is designed to provide entry-level workers and supervisors with a fundamental understanding of workplace safety and health standards. Over the span of two days, participants will be introduced to OSHA policies, procedures, and standards, as well as general industry safety and health principles.

The training covers a variety of essential topics, including hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention, not limited to but focusing on areas such as electrical safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), machine guarding, and workplace violence.

This interactive course emphasizes the importance of creating a safe working environment and equips attendees with the knowledge to recognize and prevent health and safety hazards. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Safety and Health card, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining safety standards in their workplace.
